Great people are very friendly and eager to go out of their way to make sure customers are taken care of.

Always seem so unorganized anymore and can't seem to get an order correct. And management strives to accommodate but seem inadequate in their position. I had an issue with their pcs going down and my $3 off $15 coupon was not applied. Once I received my receipt, I brought it to the managers attention, who said, I can't just give you $3...I can refund and re-ring your order. So I agreed, and provided him with my phone (with my account code up), my debit card and the receipt...he left me at the window for nearly 5min, just to have the cashier bring me back my phone, card and THREE DOLLARS...the line got backed up, my food got cold, then to top it off, found out after getting home that NONE OF OUR THREE SANDWICHES were the JBC's we ordered....NO BACON... I called for a refund on my sandwiches. We will go to the KDMS Wendy's from now on.

Night management was great I think his name was Austin.

Nearest no place I've get shorted regularly they're always in a hurry they pay no attention or little at best for as much money I spend there I feel they could do much much better for the second time they still suck
