Village Pizza Grill - Ashland

We had a fantastic experience at the restaurant. Our waitress, Mary, was wonderful with a great sense of humor. The food was served hot and fresh, with crispy fries and a delicious all meat pizza that my son loved. This will definitely be our new go-to spot for family outings every month.

I want to caution anyone who has received a gift card for this restaurant. If the card is more than a year old, they will not accept it. I recently lost $35 because of this policy. There is no mention of this expiration date on the card, only to check with the retailer. I will not be returning to this establishment. The service, atmosphere, and food were all rated as a 3 out of 5. Service was decent, meal was for dinner, and the price per person was between $20-30.

The restaurant is not very good. I have been a few times and the service is still the same. They only offer takeout for dinner, with prices ranging from $20 to $30 per person. The food was rated a 2 out of 5.

Uninterested staff and management. Making mistakes over and over and never admit or apologize. Poor food quality as of late. Food was good pre Covid, post don’t waste your money! They still occasionally can turn out a good pizza during the week but everything else is ugh especially on the weekends. We have had much better experiences with their Bristol location however!
