Bidra med feedbackWhile waiting for a repair, no one called to advise me that I would not be able to be seen until late evening; when I checked in around 8pm the day before. This was disappointing since the TA USE to be my go to.
I didn't fuel or shower here so I can't comment, but it's a typical TA, lots of parking.
Usually plenty of parking. Saturday nights are usually the busiest. Plenty of backing space, but parking lot resembles the surface of the moon near the fuel islands and shop. There is a small dog park, but it 's so far away from the truck parking, you 'd be better off walking your pet in the surrounding grassy area. Watch out for standing water in the grass. This place has pretty bad drainage in the grass. The shop is okay. It 's better now that they 're not refurbishing Amazon trailers all the time now. Wait times in the past have been long. Haven 't used them in about a year, so I can 't tell you about now, but the bays look empty a lot of the time. Store is meh. They renovated the fuel desk area and removed most of the trucker items that they used to have. It 's more of a convenience store with showers (upstairs). At the time of this post, Mudflap will get you $3.55 the diesel pumps. Not bad.
Stopped tonite to fill up. Attempted to pump 93 octane, but tank empty would not pump. Cancelled transaction. Attempted 89, pump stopped at $0.10 and would not resume. After leaving, discovered I had been charged $200.00 for the cancelled transaction. Will not be back to any TCA stop in the future.
The lady name Raven claims she doesn't know how to cash an EFS check hence robbing countless drivers by they have to pay the EFS fee. Telling me I have to drive 300 miles back in order to claim the $9 fee. Keep saying that's how she was trained by the manager and she's new. Lady doesn't even know how to add the name of the trucking company name to the fuel receipt which is basic stuff. Wonder how many drivers being rob into paying this fee because she wasn't train to do her job properly
