Chipotle Mexican Grill - Ashland

I order the same bowl every time I go to the chipotle. before a week it was a whole bowl. now the food is good under the edge of the bowl, literally like half the amount of food I usually get in bowls. I am not back to pay the same price as any other chipotle and get the half of the food. I'm working very close to here and picking up daily in the morning, but unfortunately this is the last time I'm here.

Super super small portions. I've run multiple stores but robbing your customers to reach your bonus is despicable. No manager in sight line to the door super dirty and sloppy service. Last time I go back in this store. I'd literally rather drive clear to Ontario or 13 chipotle than step foot back in this store.

My first time at a Chipotle and ordered pickup, and it was awesome. They hustle their butts off and the burrito tasted fantastic. Will definetly go again.

This place is ridiculous. Wouldn't take cash for my meal. I waited in line for 30 minutes and then they started my order and he must of seen my money in my hand and told me no cash us accepted here. Only credit or debit card. Will never be back again. They lost my business.

Very clean, friendly staff, supper fresh. Staff wash their hands frequently and wear gloves.. better than all the other Chipotle in cuyahoga, lorain, and lake county ?
