Taj Indian Cuisine - Ashland

Great food on the way down. To bad it didn’t stay down. The worst food positing I have ever experienced. Probably due to the fact the cook everything for lunch and just warm it back up at dinner. Don’t go in right at 5 your guaranteed to get old food from that morning.

This has been the BEST, Indian food I have ever had. Granted I am from Northern Nevada however, I have tried many Indian restaurants. You need to eat hear if you're in the area, also all their food local and to the best of their ability organic.

Some of the most delicious Indian food I’ve tried- and I’ve been to India! Great atmosphere, great prices very friendly service. They also have all-you-can eat buffet on Mondays from 5-9... I highly recommend this spot, it’s a great place to eat while in Ashland. Enjoy!

The food at the lunch buffet all tasted very good and I especially enjoyed the butter chicken sauce. Unfortunately the staff did not smile or make us feel welcome. Their expressions and vibe almost felt hostile, which interfered with our experience. They need a consultant to explain how guests on vacation would like to be received.

As Indian food is new to me. I would have liked a bit more “help” navigating through the menu and Buffett. However I just dove in blindly and tried a little of most stuff on the Buffet. I was not disappointed. Everything I tried was unique and oh so delicious. I would highly recommend trying this place. I think blindly trying the recipes was the way to go. Taste buds were definitely on a trip!! Can not wait to explore more of their menu.
