Stopped for a coffee and well! Wish I walked on by.... coffee was weak, staff very unprofessional, dirty tables and with Covid you would of thought they would wipe down.. won't be purchasing from them again
Ordered coffee and food for delivery. Arrived sealed and not spilt. One of the coffees was missing at least one third of its contents so I contacted the shop who were unwilling to concede that this ever happens and were not prepared to compensate in any way. I personally have had occasion to take a coffee back when I attend this cafe for this very problem and my guess would be that I am not the only customer that this has happened to. I usually attend this cafe at least every other day and often with my family. I shall visit the branch to discuss this and if I do not get redress the company will not be receiving my or my families custom again. Their loss.
Yesterday walked into town to get a coffee . Arrived at Starbucks to find air conditioning on full heat thought you shouldn’t use due to the spread of COVID. )Three members of staff. Only one a young lady wearing their mask . The other two had a mask half way over his mouth and the other had his mask under his chin!! . Then to make it worse passed my cup by holding it from the top . Has he not been trained in basic food hygiene. Thought it was a moments forgetfulness with the masks . But walked round town and back still the same. I won’t be going again . We have been walking in every day and had a coffee for weeks . Will be going else where
My family frequently visits this Starbucks location. The staff is always accommodating, polite, and friendly. It is the best Starbucks around and I don't understand the negative comments. I have never experienced any issues with the staff being antisocial.
