Curious Brewery - Ashford

I tried the linguini with meatballs and a side salad. The salad came without dressing and the pasta was bland. I ended up adding a lot of salt to try to improve the flavor, but still did not enjoy my meal. To be fair, I will have to return and try another vegan dish from the menu.

The restaurant is housed in a beautiful modern building with industrial vibes due to its connection to a working brewery. Unfortunately, there were limited vegan options available, so I opted for the burger made from rice, mushrooms, and sun-dried tomatoes. It was a pleasant change to have a non-fake meat burger, although it was a bit difficult to eat due to its size. The triple cooked chips that accompanied the burger were delicious. The restaurant also offered a good variety of beers, including vegan options.
