The double club was amazing! Coffee is great. We love it. Always a great meal.

Never got to order as the male cashier was flirting for a while with a customer..the man in front left the I did too. He never even acknowledged the customers. It's a shame that instead of an apology, I got a response in Google reviews that basically bashed the customer! Wow! Way to take responsibility And blame the customer. in line behind the person that was being flirted with not just staring at a board. Would have been nice if the employee had said can I help you or some other greeting instead of just ignoring the customers. Good thing you have regulars because you certainly don't know how to get new customers

Couldn't tell you what the food is like, as I went to the counter to place an order and the cashier was more concerned with flirting with the girl in front of me than taking my order. I waited thinking she was placing an order. It soon became apparent that she had already placed an order but they continued having a conversation instead of the cashier acknowledging I was standing waiting to place my order. I will not be back. Absolutely horrible service. Update: Not standing by the drink cooler as poster responded, but right behind the place order here sign. Nice try to blame poor customer service on the customer. As if I didn't want my order to be taken and I wanted to leave and eat somewhere else. Cashier wouldn't even make eye contact.

Mosaic is my favorite breakfast lunch and brunch spot in Biltmore Park. Definitely a must visit great smoothies my favorite is the orange Creamsicle it's perfect for the hot summer days ahead.
