Mamas Beer - Asheville

This is some of the best Mexican foods we've ever had so good that we're going one way almost two hours just to come here. The fresh chips and warm bean dipping are excellent, and the Fajitas, the chicken soup, the Burritos, are supposed to die for. Service is always excellent! We highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for the best Mexican dishes in the area.

Mexican food! We are from Southern California and live in Orlando, FL. We had no genuine, authentic Mexican food in 6 years! These guys are, table beans with chips, variety of salsas, shredded beef Tacos, Chile Rellenos! I gave a place on her rice and beans after her taco meat choices and these were delicious, just like at home. Delicious and friendly staff!

Local in town and we're going quite often here. On the smaller side so limited seating inside and a bit on the terrace, but worth the stop. The Salsa Bar is definitely on point and one of our favorites. Servers and employees are always attentive and super friendly. Eating even if they are busy comes quite quickly from the kitchen. Group lovers are the avocado burritos, steak fajitas, and enchiladas. Also great beverage specialities. Cheers!!!!

I love to visit Asheville as a little break from busy life in Atlanta, and while I always try to find new restaurants to add my list. I have to say, "Mamas beer", was absolutely amazing! So good that I went back to dinner the same day (Have her lunch). My favorite article is the pineapple Shrimp Fajita. It was delicious!! If you like pineapples, ask them to add extra pieces at the order (there were a few in my lunch, but a lot in my dinner). Be prepared for the extra pieces to produce more juice, which makes me nothing. When I return to Asheville, I will stop.

Passing through the area and seen it had good reviews. Looks a little run down when u pull up…we were weary about eating there. They have a salsa bar which was interesting. The salsas and bean dip provided was really good. Food was tasty and the service was good. More of an authentic Mexican restaurant. The bathroom could use some love but we would return if ever in the area!
