Ichiban Japanese Steak House

I sat here for Christmas dinner. we went to two other places that were closed because it was Christmas eve. I was very glad to find this place. it was really busy, but we didn't wait too long. we've only waited a few minutes since we wanted sushi. habachi was 30 minutes waiting. the server was very nice. the food didn't take too long to get to the table. we waited about 5 minutes. all the dishes were very good. good. not too salty. for a busy restaurant her restroom was clean, which is a plus.

Wendy was our waitress and chris was our cook! they were up on everything! chris has made a spectacular show and my children loved it! wendy was so quick with glass fillings and her sweet ton with my children also we will come back soon!

At first it was great to eat. the service was also great. the clench looks like they belong to the golden coral. but the restaurant is not due. call them ahead to make reservations and make sure to differentiate between hibachi and sushi. we stayed on the sushi side of the dinge and was not disappointed. delicious.

We dined in and ate at the grill where they cook in front of you. They have other tables for people who would rather not see the show and just eat at their own table. If you eat at the grill there will be other people sitting with you around the grill. The chef does a lot of juggling with the cutlery, he makes a big fire, and he creates a volcano out of raw onion rings. It's a good show. It's fun. You will get a ton of rice and vegetables. And depending on the meat you order you get regular portions of steak and shrimp but usually more chicken. The imperial dinner is a good choice so you get all 3 meats. Soup and salad are included. That soup would be awesome to order to go on a cold day at home. They have the white sauce which taste good on everything but especially good on the rice and vegetables. I like the ginger sauce for the steak. Ginger sauce could also work on the vegetables. I like the white sauce for the shrimp also. I like extra teriyaki sauce for my chicken. I have never seen anyone be able to eat all of their food except one time and it happened to be at this restaurant. Most people have plenty to take home though. And they have plenty of sushi to choose from if that's what you prefer. The chef was great. The waiter was great.

Start off with a green salad with ginger dressing. Then watch with amazement as the chef prepares the meal on a grill right in front of you! They show off their skills with confidence. The food...delicious. grilled chicken, Shrimp, fried rice and fresh vegetables. The price is reasonable and usually leftovers to take home. Fun for kids to watch the meal prep! Highly recommend Ichaban. Yum!
