Bimberibon - Asheville

I’ve lived and worked very close by to bimberibon for over a year finally got a chance to try it today! There is always a long line so i knew they must be doing something right! I tried the vegan Jian bing and it was delicious. They make a chinese style crepe wrap from a vegan egg. Ive been craving vegan crepes so I couldn’t pass it up. It came with a house made kimchi, hoisin sauce and some other kind of sauce with a little kick to it. Very good,would definitely recommend trying!

This restaurant serves horrible-tasting drinks and overpriced pancakes that are barely drinkable.

I love that they are entirely GF! Many vegan options (limited menu hours during the pandemic). Bakery open for pick-up Saturday’s during the pandemic with multiple vegan options (order online the day before)

I really enjoy this place. I've only been for breakfast/ brunch. They make their own vegan egg substitute which is great! Their menu items are unique and creative, and most stuff can be made vegan. Theyve clearly put a lot of thought and effort into the veg portion of this menu. And its delicious! Portions are sizable and prices are fair.

Definitely swing into this cute little cafe restaurant if only for the desserts
