Baked Pie Company Woodfin - Asheville

I for the first time stopped this evening with some friends for cake after dinner not knowing what to expect. The shop is so wonderfully decorated; it has a welcoming, local mood that makes you want to hang up for a while. Most items used to decorate the shop are for sale; That's nice. They post the cakes every day on their Facebook page. The owner was there and was super friendly as their staff. The cake slices are somewhat less than or equal to a dessert in a restaurant and are beautifully dimensioned. Not too big, not too small. I ordered the pumpkin Marshmallow and it was AMAZING. This cake is with a more than generous serving of cinnamon whipped cream (no worry, the taste is great, not strong at all). My two friends also loved their cake slices. I don't remember the exact names, but one was a chocolate chip cake that tastes just like a freshly baked cookie. The other ordered a salted caramel cheesecake slices. The cheesecake content was decadent smooth and rich, while the topping was nutty and balanced out the whole taste. RECOMMENDATION Baked Pie Company Woodfin for everyone and everyone. FYI I think they always have at least one sugar-free option, a gluten-free option, and a vegan option.

I won't lie to you! This place is amazing! The atmosphere is amazing inside, every single place in the place is amazing. The cakes are from this world, I've never been a huge cake fan, but Baked has changed everything! Amazing pieces, no matter what you choose. Met the owner and she is amazing, so sweet and friendly. Stop the good work and if you're not gone... GO!

Ok ..I can't stop coming here, between the amazing cakes the unique comforting atmosphere and the ridiculously friendly staff of this place is a not miss. Very recommended!!

Had three delicious slices for the flight of cakes! Loved the chocolate – very chocolaty, with pure whipped cream – not too sweet – for topping. Apple had a fantastic crust; Apples were not boiled, had bite, not too sweet – perfect with ice. I agree with other critics to love honey. The place has a relaxed, homely, friendly atmosphere.

This place is amazing. I step back to good ole days with a modern twist. Very freely and helpful staff. I had the Red peppers and potatoes quiche and every bite was better than the first. Good job BPC.
