Pizza Hut - Ash Flat

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a pizzaz, wings and pasta to-go and it was supposed to be ready in 30 minutes. When we arrived at pizza hut the lady said the order would be ready in 5 minutes. We waited for another hour watching customers get wrong orders and pizzas were leaving the kitchen extremely slow. As we were waiting we saw a Supreme pizza (which we ordered) sit at the counter without going to a table. After 50 minutes had passed the lady at the front checked our order and went into the kitchen to find that our order had already been completed 30 minutes ago and had been sitting in the kitchen and our pizza was sitting (not in a box) on the counter. Then the lady came over and asked if we would take that pizza that was on the counter if they put it in a box or if we would like a new one made. I didn't want to have to wait another 30 minutes for a pizza so we took that and left.

Excellent service yesterday evening. Pizza was exactly how we like it. Great staff experience. Thank you!

Walked in was told to sit anywhere we liked. We sat at a table the waitress came got our drink order and brought the drinks. We sat for another 30 minutes and never saw another waitress again until I went to the counter and asked what I owed for the drinks. They were clueless.

Stop for lunch. I ordered a fresh pizza without any problems. The service was good and the restaurant was clean.
