Ascot Vale Fish & Chippery

This is a fantastic local restaurant, serving our preferred fish and chips! The food is cooked to order, extremely fresh, and great value for the price. The staff is incredibly friendly, making for a wonderful dining experience.

The restaurant always provides generous portions and has friendly staff. The quality of the food is great for the price, and they are generally quick with orders. The fish and chips are your typical dish, but consistently good.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, with a consistently light and crispy batter. They often give extra potato cakes, which is a nice touch. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are generous. The server is a lovely lady who is always friendly and easy to communicate with. I will definitely be returning.

Have tried many in the area but keep coming back here. Grilled fish is very good; chips in particular are excellent crisp and light! Highly recommended.

Cash only and bad food treatment procedures especially now in Covid 19 times simply not good enough. It is usually a sign that they do not explain their true income and pay taxes. A few years ago, before former Greek owners sold out.
