The Duke - Aschheim

Beautiful bar with excellent gin in a former kartoffel brandy. Today the famous duke gin is burned there. perfect for a after work drink, unfortunately only on Thursday, Friday and Saturday (stand 19.8.22).

Atmospheric bar in the old incineration building. with beautiful weather you can also sit outside. friendly staff. as tipp, duke also offers guide with tasting. we had max for the explanation that made this very sympathetic.

Unfortunately, we were received and served by an unfriendly and superb “head” waiter, who took us every joy on your gin. this person is unsuitable for service! Drinks and eating were good, therefore also 2 stars.

Come to write a review: have ' for the do, 28.04.2022 booked a tour through the distillery (ready rated). until it was ready, at 4 5 tables before the bar enjoyed the afternoon sun. after the tour ordered a 'mocow mule' (included in the price). he was so good that I ordered another one right away and then the price ... hallo 'gin world ' in the factory district, your prices are about 1.5x so high!!! ... the duke bar: small, fine, ingenious 'moscow mule', nice waiter, unbeatable prices !!

We had a super gin-tasting with guide through the distillery, guy, from the duke team, led us through the event, it was perfect, conclusion: one has to be on the corner, thanks for the beautiful evening
