Mt Fuji Hibachi Sushi - Arvada

I did not read any of the reviews before coming. I was just hungry lol. I just decided to stop and get some sushi today. This is downright one of the best sushi restaurants I’ve ever been to. Everything was fresh, the server was very polite and the cucumber Saketini’s, and the Mount Fuji apple martini were to die for. I highly recommend trying this place for yourself.

Love love love this place! I constantly crave the rice and have so many good chefs that make the experience fun!

Food was amazing and fun. Our chef was fun and was verry entertaining. Went here with my work group and it was hard to hear as it's very loud if your trying to have a conversation.Food was excellent and not really salty. Perfect seasoning and food.Recommended for fun dinner, take your friends out to laugh.Parking: Parking sucks. If it's busy its hard as heck to park.

Overall 4 out of 5 for a few reasons. The cook and servers were nice. My cup never got empty. Food was good as well, but I’ve never been a fan of noodles and they acted like I could not substitute it for double fried rice (fried rice is extra I did not mind paying double). Shrimp was over cooked, but flavor of everything was on point. I would eat here again, but I would go earlier in the day so I’m not feeling rushed. Literally had to ask if they were open although we came over an hour before closing.
