Bidra med feedbackProbably the best customer service of mcdonalds round. can be very busy at the trip thru. but seems to be the problem of all mcdonalds in sussex that I have been too recently: chichester x 2 restaurants, arundel, lancing, brighton. no milk shakes since 2021! a film about mcdonalds and milkshakes was the mainstay product sold with fritten and a burger. Now it seems you can never buy a milkshake. so the allures of mcdonalds and unanimity throughout the company. for me loosing trust in the brand in Britain.
The restaurant is clean and very elegant. The staff is polite and attentive. The upstairs dining area offers pleasant views. I have no complaints.
This mcdonald’s is very busy to dinner and the cars back on the street so I used the app to order. as a bonus I got 20% off as there was an offer. it is the same eating as all other mcdonald’s. ordering with the app means that they can easily park in the bay parking, enter the number in the app and they bring the food to them brilliant! they were fast to bring the food, so everything was good
I didn't see the inside of the restaurant, but the service was efficient. There were two stands and the food was good with quick service. It was easy to navigate in and out of the restaurant area. The only downside was the lack of parking space. This could be a challenge on a busy day.
The elderly waitress who manages the front of the house is a lovely individual who is always very polite and welcoming. However, I experienced food poisoning from this restaurant, which I reported. As a result, I no longer purchase food from here and have not encountered any issues since. The restaurant could improve in terms of cleanliness, as the floors are often slippery and the tables could be wiped down more effectively.
