Domino's Pizza - Arun

Useless, unhelpful staff cheese wasn’t even melted on the pizza. Vile place never going there again get new staff.

Its a shame this place is so bad. When domino's is good it's really good but this particular branch is the worst. I ordered two pizzas from here a meaty one which was fine. But not great and a hot and spicy which was pathetic. There's only one type of meat on the hot and spicy which is beef. A few spices of pizza had no beef on at all and 3 or 4 others had just one piece. Bearing in mind these pieces are the size of mince beef chunks smaller than a 5p piece. They need to to sort themselves. I won't be ever ordering from them again as I can buy better pizza from coop for a fraction of the price.

I did have a bad experience in the past at this branch food and customer service was very bad.. After long break I decided to use the branch again as we normally use Rustington and can't fault that it's perfect!! This time made bad choice again the order was disgusting, I ordered dips never received, the 4 pizzas we ordered looked nothing like pizza with different toppings, vegetable pizza was like dough with tomato and 2 peppers in the centre all topping are not scattered well on the pizza it's like a blob thrown on it... DISGUSTING service... if busy and can't catch up with work stop taking orders ..... Definitely worth collecting from Rustington and never again at this Nightmare badly managed Littlehampton Branch.

We haven’t order pizza from here in a long time and really fancied one. It arrived in roughly good time and the driver was pleasant. But one of our pizzas was Luke warm to cold. The garlic bread and chicken was lovely. I called the store and explained that one of the pizza was cold, only to be rudely told that the woman didn’t know how this was possible since it had been under a heat lamp for 10 minutes and been in a delivery bag. Then to tell me there was nothing they could offer for next time or even a sorry. Plus we had to reheat our potato wedges as they were still undercooked! Terrible service, need better training. I r worked in retail and I would never speak to someone like that. Utter disgusting

It was a cold October evening and I shivered in my chair, hungry, tired and turned down from many a takeaway. Where can I turn to for food at such a desperate time? Turned down from so many already and in desperate need, we picked up the phone and called dominoes littlehampton... when what from my wondering eyes should appear, Josh at Dominoes who would solve all our fear. With a little old driver so lively and quick, I knew in a moment he wasn’t taking the mick, more rapid than eagles his drivers they came, and they knocked on the door and they knew us by name, pepperoni and tuna and onion and sweet corn, He knew our order and delivered it quicker than the time he was born, To the top of the porch, to the top of the wall, Thank you so much josh, thank you to dominoes we haven’t forgotten at all, Thank you to dominoes, and to all a good night!
