La Casa Emma Lounge - Arriate

Terrible welcome and pretentious hostesses, the establishment pretends to take reservations into account only to ultimately announce to you that it is out of tables even if you get there on time... Won't be coming back! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I strongly advise against La Casa Emma. This is by far the worst bar I have visited in my life. Security asks for money at the door which is unacceptable. The service is really poor and the bartenders lack respect for customers. As a foreigner in Morocco, I was particularly disappointed by this experience. On the other hand, I highly recommend So Lounge Sofitel. It’s an excellent place with impeccable service, a pleasant atmosphere and respectful and welcoming staff. If you are looking for a place to have a good time, So Lounge Sofitel is the best option.

Bad service. A manager or a manager (a young 36 year old) We don't even know what his position is... arrogant careerist who doesn't know how to talk with customers.
