Caesar - Arras

I don't really understand the position, the ranking of this facility on TripAdvisor. I live in Arras and with my friend, we are at least three times a week at the restaurant, Caésar is an excellent table. Limited map and great dishes well presented and very fresh, impeccable service by Jeremy who is extremely attentive. This establishment should be in the top Ten. I recommend

We discovered this restaurant, following a communication made on Facebook for the feast of the Arras andouillette. We came this Tuesday, September 26 at noon. Very friendly and attentive welcome, attractive midi formula. Fresh products, good with beautiful dressage, nothing to say. We'll be back. Thank you.

Customer frequent for 2 years , it’s an address to the top : home dishes , chef at small care , tasty and always well presented dishes , nice service and good atmosphere ... if you don’t know , try the experience and you’ll come back!

A fierce atmosphere, homemade dishes excellent, well presented. A very pleasant, discreet welcome, attentive, effective. I strongly recommend this address.
