Bidra med feedbackWhat a great position for a restaurant that is ruined by poor staff. Looking at the reviews given the very senior management cannot be that bothered or the problem would have been sorted. We called in to Tony Romas having visited them in the USA, what a difference. We should have realised something was wrong when the food arrived so quickly. As it had gone 9pm we thought the kitchen wanted to close down. My wife’s steak was warm, baked potato hard and the broccoli cold. My fries warm and very sorry looking and my ribs just hot enough to eat. I complained to the waitress and she just looked at me, then disappeared? Sorry Tony Roma but you only catch me out once and 61 Euros it’s a lesson to learn to read the trip advisor comments before giving your hard earned money to these poor restaurants
Ribs not good. Childrens spagetti horrible. The brownie was finished but the kids chose the restaurant because of the brownie in the kids meal. Instead they got the smallest ice cream in the biggest bowl. Family of 4. One of the kids got their dinner when family was nearly finished eating. Not happy at all! Both WC clogged!
I can't believe that the best ribs that we ever have is going to be right here at Tony's in Canary island. The ribs is done to perfection. Not too dry, not too raw and the barbecue source on the ribs is the best that I've ever had. Bonus: try their Oreo cookie or coffee mile shake with your ribs. Bad for my waistline but good too my soul.
The service has been fine, the very good food. We have ordered a combo for two and it is very complete. the price is not bad to be a tourist site and next to the sea. on the terrace there are very nice views of the sea, the meadow.
Tasty and abundant dishes, according to the price, attentive service and good location.
