I ordered online in parking lot due to the fact my moving truck would not fit in drove thru which was lit up and had a car at the speaker at time. Order processed said they were open until 1am. It took my money , said it would be ready in 5 min. 2other cars went through drive thru. I did not pay much attention. I went to get food and they were closed. Completely! Itried calling but no answer . I complained on site and to corporate. I have yet to hear back. Ridiculous. I s .
I don't usually go to this Rally's but I did recently and it wasn't a great experience. I felt rushed and the employee did not seem very friendly as is expected but to top it all off, the food portions seemed small for the price we paid and the foodcould've tasted better.
Only giving a star because Maps makes you give at least one. Had to go through the drive thru twice because they didn 't put our burgers on the order the first time, charged $6 for the fries on their own, and then refused to open the window again eventhough we were clearly still waiting for our food. Second time through they only gave us one burger. Car almost overheated inline it took them so long. Burgers they took so long to 'cook ' were stone cold when we got them. Wouldn 't go back if you paidme.
I have been to this location three times in the last five years. Like most people I go for the French fries because they are some of the best. The first time I went there I actually got everything I ordered and it was wonderful. The second time I wentthere we were turned away because they don?t have the staff to unload the truck and serve their customers. That is fine, it isthat time of year where it is hard to find employees. The last time I went I actually ordered food and the fries were good. Ijust didn?t get all of my sandwiches. So out of three visits, one was corrected, and the other two left me disappointed.
