Dairy Queen - Arnold

Awful! Ordered little blizzard when I tried to drive thru window trying to overload me. I was the only one. Then when I drove away my blizzard was soupy and runny and not the taste I got chosen. I went back and there were already three cars. Am I back?

Somehow, without failing, they always forget my severity. I literally ran and have to correct it every time. No matter how late it is.. But the food is great!

The blizzards were amazing as always but the burger I had was eh. Not much flavor, couldn't taste the bacon only the LTOP. The chicken strips my partner got were overdone, dry and they forgot her sauces. The fries were either undercooked, old, or far to overcooked

Food quality the same at this location as at others but several of the ice cream items are more expensive. Would have given four stars but not sure why there should be a $2 difference in a six pack box of Dilly bars

I was in the drive thru at 7:15PM 8/16/2021. Ordered one cone. When I got to the window the window person walked away. Apparently she was having a problem with the order before mine. She was gone for 20 minutes while I sat at the window and no one would open it. Then the other worker who refused to open the window to give me the one cone with exact change walked out a side door and took the payment from the car behind me. Went to Culver?s next door where I should have from the beginning. 2 scoop soft serve is over 4.00 so this did it for me.
