Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

The service at this restaurant is awful. They always make customers wait in the waiting area. It took 15 minutes for my food to arrive tonight and often the order is incorrect. It seems like things are just getting worse.

The service was disappointing as they made me go to the waiting area even though I was the only car in the drive-through, just to wait for 2 seconds. They should have handed me the food at the window like any other drive-through.

The restaurant was clean, but the staff were unfriendly and barely acknowledged my presence. The music was too loud, making it difficult to hold a conversation with anyone.

This is the worst McDonald sadly there was a handborger stuck to the wall tolits not flushed PROPERLY GET IT CLEANED

This is the worst McDonald's sadly we have been to. It is very dirty.. bathrooms were gross, milk spilt all over main entrance, rubbish everywhere and tables dirty. I bet the kitchen is filthy! I got a green tea and opened it up to check and it looked like a piece of snot on the inside of the cup...so there was no away I was going to have it...in the bin it went. Sadly this McDonald's has been bad for many years. No wonder there is only one in Armidale and four in Tamworth one hour away. Definitely won't be going to Armidale McDonald's again.
