Hungry Jack's - Armidale

A big shoutout to Jacob for allowing us to enter the restaurant right after closing time to avoid going through the drive-thru. The Google hours indicated that the dining room closes at 9pm, but it actually closes at 8pm. Jacob went above and beyond by not only accommodating us but also offering us discounts. His exceptional customer service deserves recognition, and I would be proud to have him as my employee.

I visited your restaurant on Good Friday between 1-2 in the afternoon and I have to say that it was delicious. The burger I ordered was fantastic and I could taste the char from the grill. The service was excellent, quick, and accurate. Thank you.

Waited ten minutes for a whopper burger, only one person serving with major attitude and was rude. Burger was cold and horrible when received. Plenty of local cafes that will provide much better for a similar price.

Asked for a sausage mcmuffin. Got home and my "mcmuffin" was on normal bread. Tasted horrible - and wasn't even told it was going to be on this. If they were out of muffins - fine. But can they at least tell us?
