Bidra med feedbackStopped for supper. Got a steak burger with fried onions and ketchup. Tasty and sweet. Nice large thin meat patty. I had also a single battered sausage which is cut in two before frying. A good free scoop of chips garnish. Very tasty and recommended. Fair prices. Clean and friendly owner and staff.
Great tasting burgers and chips best in Armagh for a quick option. usually very busy phone ahead and place your order. Card payment available.
You order at the counter, then they bring the food to your table. They have made snug type cubicles, which have no room hardly to squeeze in. Ok for young but for elderly or infirm, very difficult. It is about the only sit in cafe open at night in Armagh, not expensive. Basic chippy grub. Priced good but portions not large. I just had two eggs, with beans and chips. At 3.60 stg it was very reasonable. And food was fair but not wow factor. Clean and busy spot. Staff efficient. I do call from time to time. Give it a try.
Happened upon this place..looking for a chippie en route driving Monaghan to Bangor. Lunchtime Fish and chips were SUPERB. Freshly cooked, packed in nice box. My wife n I sat in car eating them and agreed they were as good as any we had ever had.. We are both 7O plus..first visit to Ireland. Will just have to go back to this spot!!
Having time to spare I popped in here again. The place has a sit in. When you decide you go up and order at till. I ordered double egg and sausages and chips. The wee girl was new and had to ask the owner. But that is understandable. They bring food to table when ready. The owner apologised and could not do enough for me. Gave me extra egg because of one broken Sadly no tea due to covid. The chips were so dry and non greasy. I enjoyed the meal. Will be back. At £6.30 fair enough.
