Chili's Grill Arlington Heights

There were four of us dining at this restaurant. We arrived at 9:25 and were told by the server that the kitchen was closed, even though Google stated they were open until 10 PM. We frequently eat at Chili's, but we found this situation to be unacceptable and unprofessional. After expressing our disappointment, I returned to request a couple of bags of chips to go, which they ultimately provided.

Last night, I ordered a quesadilla salad and molten chocolate cake at the restaurant. I was extremely dissatisfied with the subpar quality of the salad - the tortillas were stale, the chicken was rubbery, and the lettuce was wilted. The dish cost $14, and after speaking with the manager about my experience, he only sent me a $10 gift card as compensation. I found this to be inadequate, as it didn't even cover the cost of the salad. If this is the level of customer service they provide, I wouldn't be surprised if the restaurant ends up closing.

Despite being short-staffed, the service was excellent and the food came out quickly and hot. We have visited this restaurant twice in the past two weeks and both times our servers were amazing, always keeping our drinks refilled without us having to ask. The restaurant was clean and had a cozy atmosphere. We are looking forward to visiting again soon!

Will never dine here again not sure what happened to this location sholud of walked out but unfortunately didn't. The restaurant smelled dirty and when we sat down we stuck to the floor. I looked around and the floors were so dirty the whole restaurant needto hose it down filthy is the word all over. Needs a very deep clean

Very kind wait staff. Drinks were excellent.
