Papa Johns Pizza - Arlington

The cheese and the pizza were burned. I will never order pizza from the location again.

I love papa John’s, but this place had extreme delays for delivery (90 minutes, 2 hours) both paintings I tried to order there. both had to cancel.

A pizza. never get the pizza. 10 times. no one answered! is that the service we expect from the papa john? if I wanted to, I go to dominios. such a scandal.

I ordered a delivery time was 2 hours ago and thought it will be delivered at least in the long time, it was 3.30 hours not yet received and the status automatically changed in the app delivered. spoke to manager and was very rude and said he had only 2 drivers and many accusations then why take the order or say wait time is 2 hours. that is the worst service I have ever received

What a joke. Spent 10 minutes time to get the order just right only to be told it's 2 hrs for delivery. How about you start with this information? Hard pass
