Bidra med feedbackI hope this reaches the general manager of the restaurant. Instead of reporting to cooperate, I prefer to make a complaint here and allow the general manager to address it first. Dined in today, Wednesday night. Throughout my years in customer service, I have never witnessed a server using such inappropriate language and behavior in front of customers. Although I am a regular customer, this was my first encounter with this particular server. I asked another server for her name and was informed that her name was Angela and that she was new. It was appalling to see her touching her coworkers and then handling our food. Additionally, there were several times where she went to the back and returned with a scent of smoke and an unpleasant odor lingering around her. Regrettably, unless better servers are hired, I do not think I will be returning.
Food was okay, service…just alright. She was training a new girl but probably shouldn’t have been because she needed more experience herself. Drinks were average…chocolate piñata was cool but average.
This will be long. Lol My family and I went here this past Sunday and I had to leave a comment even though it has been almost a week. I haven't been here in a while just because another location kind of turned me off. But this one right here, the service and atmosphere was great! Our server was very pleasant and the manager even came to our table and stopped to check in on us. Most of the time when managers do this It feels ungenuine, but this manager truly made us feel like he cared. We are always looking for places to eat in the Cedarhill and Arlington area and honestly this was the best experience we had in a very long time. On top of that, the food was good and fresh, love the salsa!! Thank you for your great service we will be returning!
Great restaurant, me and my husband always come here for the delicious fajitas on Saturdays night, always feeling welcomed by two lovely host, the lovely servers are always attentive, and very kind, and of course the manager always checking up on us each visit! Went today (July 26) around 7pm on a friday night, expecting the same experience we always get but today visit was different, the host today with long brown hair was on her phone as we walked in not acknowledging us until we walk up to the stand and still typing on her phone, she gets us seated with an attitude and walks away, the restaurant was a bit tiny messy but no big deal, our server seemed like she was busy, not really attentive if anything she was just standing by the bar talking to the other servers for the longest time, wouldn’t say it was a good experience today, manager did great today as always was just disappointed about our stay today, host seemed like she was annoyed at the job but very happy with the boys around her, server seemed like she didn’t care enough but very attentive to the other servers. will never come back on a friday night. If wanting a good experience go on a Saturday or Sunday night and request for Maddie, Josh, and Aleyah.
We needed To-go containers for leftovers,they brought us 3 rice to-go containers.my dinner wouldn't fit in 3 of them.TOLD MANAGER WAITER they are messing with the waiter's tip.not happy with containers. I'm sure you will lose customers.This will effect the wait staffs tips too. DON'T LOSE CUSTOMERS,TO SAVE A
