Bidra med feedbackWent to the Arlington Highlands Location in a very Happy mood. It was my birthday 10/9 and I was retrieving my reward. I ordered my drink online in the app and it stated that it would be ready at 11:09. After arriving I waited 10 minutes with no sign of my beverage. After 15 minutes I asked the Cashier about it and she stated that IN STORE orders preceeded online orders and they were busy. She never once asked a Barista about it. I looked around and EVERYONE in the store had a drink. Needless to say After 35 minutes (after seeing the Baristas whispering wondering what I could be wait for) the Manger finally ask what I ordered and the method it was purchased. I showed her my reply stating my drink should've been ready 35 minutes ago. It angers me that no one seemed to care about me patiently standing there. Poor Customer Service and a horrible start to my birthday.
Nat a fan of Jennifer's. I've been told by multiple people working there to pour some of my drink out in the sink so they can add the almond milk. I do this because they always add too much when I put it in the order... I work for a picky doctor that likes his drink very specific. So I proceeded to pour some of the drink in the sink and she grabs the cup by the lid on the mouth piece as if she was going to grab the drink out of my hand and spill it everywhere. She said I can't have you reaching over the counter.. ok, well tell everyone else that works there that. I obviously didn't do it without being told previously that I could. She was rude and kept giving me looks.. Made me extremely uncomfortable. The other people that work there are outstanding. If it wasn't for that incident and all the looks she keeps giving me, it would more stars.
I got a green tea frappuccino and the girls worked there were super nice.
Barista was friendly. It was a good pourer. I wondered how my day was. They had comfortable chairs inside. The outside area had to clean the tables. Service: 5/5
I don't think I've ever checked a Starbucks and I'm literally going all the time. I chose this because I was on my way to a meeting and had to work for 30 minutes, it was a 4 star on the Yap that is hard to get. Most of the other locations have a 2-3,5 mostly at the lower end. Def 5 stars, cold brew was made exactly to my taste and ham and cheese croissant was perfectly crispy, it has been for years since I had this lol. Nevertheless, I still order. Previously (not ordered food from this place before today). Will return.
