Bidra med feedbackNice place to eat if your staying in the hotel and don't have the opportunity to go elsewhere. Basically an above average hotel restaurant that is in a bar atmosphere. Pricey but good food.
Food and service was excellent. The restaurant is open with a hotel bar and the noise level can get pretty loud depending upon patrons using the bar area. Looking forward to going back though
We didn't have good service. Another server had to keep helping our server. She didn't seem to have experience serving. The food was not good either. Two of us ordered carbonara and it was like scrambled eggs. It was not cooked correctly and didn't taste good. We had the server take it off the bill and still kept mine on the bill. The server said because I ate some. Of course, I did because 1st I had to taste it and 2nd I was so hungry because the main course took over an hour. I was so embarrassed because this was a client meal. No Manager came by to apologize. She also brought more bread when we didn't ask and charged us $2 for 2 plates of bread we didn't order. If you want olive oil with your bread you have to ask for it. She brought the wrong beer and never came back with the right one. Overall this was not a good experience and we won't be back. They automatically added 20% and I definitely wouldn't have tipped her that much and I'm a great tipper. So disappointing. I understand everywhere is short-staffed but apologies are free and arguing with a customer is unacceptable.
Just kind of basic hotel restaurant. Food was good. We had Fettuccine Bechamel and Pene Bolonegse. Service was very good. Ambiance was a bit lacking.
I’ve always liked Socci but we hadn’t had the chance to get back there in a while. I noted their recent mixed reviews, but hoped for the best- and that’s what we got: both excellent food and service. Their menu is fairly compact, and the atmosphere certainly isn’t grand, but it’s a pleasant and comfortable place to meet up…and we loved the fascinating color-changing lighting.
