Order from this joint some food for my wife who is sick at home. First they call me saying it was going to take longer as they sent the wrong order, then marked it as delivered with a picture of a house that is not mine and when I called to inquire, they brushed me off and told me to call their driver directly as it was not their responsibility once is sent for delivery.Terrible customer relationship skills.

I ordered the Signature Poke Bowl yesterday evening with raw salmon and tuna tasted good while eating meal, but I have been very nauseous for past 12 hours since finishing it. Worried about quality of ingredients.

I have been ordering from here through Uber eats and doordash for over a year and never have been into the actual location until today. Man was I disappointed, the place is disgusting. The tables were all filthy and the entire store is used as a storage room with boxes of fruit and rice cookers all around. The worst part was the amount of bugs that we saw while we ate. We heard the zapping of a bug zapper for about 10 mins but thought there could be no possible way someone would be killing THAT many bugs in such a short amount of time. Until one of the staff comes out with a electric bug swatter and is swatting at bugs around the rice cookers and raw fish that is going into bowls that we eat. I was so disgusted with what we saw we immediately picked up our food and threw it away. When we confronted the staff about what they were doing and how upset they would serve this food they started talking amongst each other and giggling and laughing. They even ignored us until we spoke up that other customers heard and began leaving before they could place an order. Like I said, I have eaten here many times and never would have known if I didn’t go into the actual location. Please, for your own sake, stay away from this place.

Clear menu and great service. Very clear on if we wanted boba pearls or not. Ordered two matcha teas with boba pearls. They came out in less than 3 minutes. Very good the matcha was smooth and not too bitter or sweet! The flavor and texture of the boba pearls was perfect,l.
