GET KATCHEN OFF OF THAT REGISTER!!! Has anyone noticed how awful she is to customers? I actually worked at Jason’s for over two years, and I know my managers would have never stood for this disrespect. We get it, you’ve had a bad day. Get over yourself, you’re on the clock, service with a smile. This is my 3rd encounter with Katchen, and it’s humorous how management clearly doesn’t care about her behavior. This location became a joke.
The people here are wonderful. The food is really good too.
Did you know that they no longer include a pickle wedge with your sandwich!? My mind was blown, but I still enjoyed my caprese panini!
