Cava - Arlington

I've tried this location a few times because I work in the area. The first time was decent, but after that it seems to get worse and worse. The ingredients aren't as fresh as I'm used to like when I go to the one by my house. Today, the cook was making the meats, and course it was triggering people to cough, but coughing over the meat kinda threw me off. Today was my last visit.

I'm not sure if it was just an off day, but the restaurant was almost empty. The person in front of me left after waiting 20 minutes without being acknowledged. There was no ice for drinks, and the food was mediocre. I usually love CAVA, but not this location. Food: 2/5.

This restaurant is chaotic and unorganized. The staff are too busy chatting on the phone and not paying attention to customers until they walk in. The owner needs to step in and take control, as well as address the mistakes made by a staff member named Jamar or Jamal. The restaurant does not live up to its location.

I have tried all the food dishes and I must say, overall, they were very good!
