Baskin Robbins - Arlington

I was here the other day. Not all 31 flavors. You just had a few to get. Service was slow, order was wrong and when I brought this to attention, they thought I tried to steal an ice cream from them when it was clearly paid on the entrance. Apart from that, there are not many possibilities in this city.

Just visited this store! They do have very exiting ice-cream flavours and oh my god the cakes! They were so beautiful!Definitely gonna order my birthday cakes from here only!!Overall 5 out of 5 for this ice-cream place!

The girl fixing my ice cream seemed lost and I had to repeat my order 4 times. There was no brownie in my brownie sundaes and they were missing toppins. My kids also said their ice cream tasted bad. What kid throws out ice cream. Worse baskin robbin Ive visited.

The best place to have ice cream in Arlington . The quality is good and worth its price . Hope the price don't increase

Customer service sucked. We wanted a cup of ice cream with 2 scoops but different flavors. For whatever reason she didn't understand so instead we ended up with 2 single cups. We had to ask for a bag as we got our order to go. There were 2 little boys in there. Not sure if they were hers or not but she immediately went to working a milk shake for them.
