Amanda's Macaron Shoppe - Arlington

The macarons were delicious but there wasn't a ton of variety in the variety pack, a couple repeat flavors. The biggest bummer is I ordered 3 weeks in advance so they could be delivered on the exact date for my my husband's birthday and they were a daylate anyway. Edit for response: So, you had the date of delivery still two days prior? That doesn't exactly help your case.

I love Macarons and have been wanting to try this bakery for a while now. I'm so glad I was able to get there this past weekend! It was my first, but certainly not last visit, to Eastdale Village. I was able to find parking quite easily and walk rightaround the corner to Amanda's Macaroon Shoppe. The shop itself is small and with a few parties ahead of me and a few parties whocame in after me, having one register/counter person was the only disadvantage. The shop itself smells lovely, though not like a traditional bakery. The bathroom was incredibly clean. I decided to get a 12 pack plus oversize macaron. The flavor selectionis varied and interesting, from fruit flavors to savory additions and chocolate varieties. The rose lychee (you must likerosewater); lemon basil (more lemony than basil-y); Coconut mojito (my favorite); and Italian rainbow cookie (including jam!)were among my favorites. Traditional Chocolate and strawberry were fudgy and fruity respectively. My son got cotton candy (pinkand blue swirled, I think that was the flavor) and he loved it. I took a bite and it tasted exactly the way I thought it would.All of the flavors came through nicely in each cookie without tasting artificial. None of the cookies were bad, some flavorswere just more exciting than others but all were beautiful and delicious. I got an oversize chocolate dulce de leche, which wasgood but not outstanding. Overall really delicious and I look forward to going back and trying more flavors and a bubble tea.For those complaining about cost, three dollars per macaron is pretty standard anytime I?ve gotten these, especially in thecurrent market.

This is my new favorite shop for bubble tea and the macarons are a delicious bonus. Friendly staff and the boba is cooked to perfection ????????

The macaroons didn?t even make it home we had to try a few and they were exquisite! The drinks are lovely, refreshing and tasty and the staff were very kind and helpful!
