On a quiet Sunday. the lady at the desk was super friendly. we have brisket and half-sweet, brisket was delicious with the homemade bbq sauce.

Closed tighter than a jug. the hope for the lunch there, but the door seemed to be everything, but barrased

This place is such a jewel! we had the most delicious cookies and gravy and the homemade apple cidder donuts were for to die. the personal could not have been more beautiful. will go back!

I love this spot! Look for the kayak above sign and you will know you have arrived. Seems to be something here for everyone. Sandwiches, BBQ, beer, baked goods, fresh apples, and bric brac. There is also an adjoining bait and tackle shop with necessary kayak/ row boat cleaning services and registration for nearby nyc reservoirs. TJs can get very busy on the weekends but there is plenty of parking around side of the building. I really enjoy grabbing a roomy table in front chowing down on some fresh BBQ with a cold beer. Oh...dont forget to try the homemade cider donuts! Owners are super cool and accomodating. If it is busy, please be patient and respectful to people that work very hard to make TJs a great place to stop.
