Danes - Arica

If you're thinking this is the same Danés as the one in Vitacura, you're completely wrong. Avoid this like the plague. I figured since it's the same name that the quality would be the same too but it isn't. I order the double cheeseburger with fries inside (HAMBURGUESA FRANCESA CON Papas) and man was it rank. The burger arrived in like 5 min which was really odd because it shouldn't be that quick. When I got it the bread is super hot but the cheese isn't melted. The avacado was literally drying, it was brown-black color and the greens were not in better shape. When I touch the avacado and greens it's hot as well. That means they just put the whole burger in a microwave and served it. I seperated the parts that were questionable but I couldn't finish it. On top of that, there were two long hairs on the bottom the plate. Two of the staff walked by and were looking at my plate and then going back and whispering amongst themselves. I guess they knew they messed up. Suffice to say, I didn't leave a tip and was out of there as quickly as the burger arrived. Again, don't eat here. This is giving the actual, legit Danés a bad name.

It is food. Ordered a ceasar salad and it came covered in mayonnaise.

Del aeropuerto: Horrible servicio sucio hasta las sillas y lento, después de esperar más de media hora por un sandwich el mesero de la foto el carnoso, solo decía ya viene mintiendo cuando me levantaba a preguntar pasaron 40 minutos con una bebida servida en un vaso de mal olor, fue cuando le dijimos que tenemos un vuelo y no podiamos esperar más cuando fue a la cocina y dijo que no estaba hecho aún, cuando todas las mesas de alrededor ya estaban terminando de comer, tuvimos que anular el pedido y comer en dunkin donuts de enfrente donde el servicio es impecable.

The best churrasco I had in all chile! this is a courageous statement, but after 2 months here it was not until my departure that this amazing eating came away to me! the service was excellent and the staff was very quirky and friendly. I will eat here while I am santiago at the airport.
