Jan Hartvigsen, a very passionate and experienced sommelier, has opened its own very cozy and trendy place in Aarhus. We went three friends after dinner on a Saturday night and were treated with some very interesting wines. Jan was ready to tell a story about every wine if we wanted. And he left us alone to enjoy it if we wanted it. Try the Fritz Haag and the Karl Erbes sweet, but not desert wine
