Last few times I went I had to wait 30 minutes to an hour for food. 30+ minutes for a hotdog, an hour for ice cream. They frequently forget items in my order despite seeing them on a screen and receipts. A week ago, I ordered the hotdog combo and got my fries and other side I ordered, but not the hotdog. I let them know it was missing and they said they'd bring it out. 30 minutes after I originally ordered and it still hadn't been brought out so I reminded them again and they brought it to me this time. Thirty minutes I could cope with occasionally when the place is busy if it weren't for the fact that they gave everyone else their food; our order was forgotten or abandoned and it was clearly so. Went back, and it took a while but not nearly as long. Acceptable and not bad, but pushing it for a fast food place. Still forgot my hotdog and an ice cream Got them quickly this time; big thank you to the patient car hop I had to send back twice for those. The last time was the kicker though. An hour for just ice cream. At thirty minutes I asked about our order. I tried my best to be polite, I hate doing so because of how it could come across. I realized that I probably sounded aggressive the last time it happened since they gave free stuff. it still took another 30 minutes from there. I understand that some of their system was down or something like that, but after reminding them and still watching them bring food to other people and forget again, I don't think the issues are all technical. There's slim pickins in Ardmore, but maybe try somewhere else while they figure out what's going on Service: 1

I think this is a great location with really good food. The problem is, as with most places, they are short staffed so you might have to wait a while for your order. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
