Buffalo Wild Wings - Arden

Just 1 hour for lunch. People are waiting for the opening. Open at 11:00....asst manager comes to the door and says everyone order online or caries out. No sign and he was arrogant. The waitress was unkind. There's a reason why they're under servants.

I have worked in the restaurant industry for almost 10 years and more so I worked at a Buffalo wild wings for 2 years so I am very understanding of being short staffed and what not. But our service today was awful. The restaurant was half full when we got there. We saw our server a total of 3 times. Between me and my wife we ordered two 6 wing traditional entrees and some street tacos. Her wings came out after 30 minutes. Then 30-45 minutes later my street tacos and 6 wings came out. I know from working in a Buffalo wild wings that there is no reason why it should take that long and why only half of our food came out. I'm not even upset so much at how long it took, im more upset that none of the staff cared. We had to hunt down the server to explain the issue. And EVEN the manager showed zero sympathy and just slapped down the check and walked off. I honestly just wanted an apology for the inconvenience and I wouldve been understanding but it seemed like absolutely no one including the manager cared about the issue at hand. One of the biggest things they teach you in the industry is attentiveness and sympathy, and there was none of that here.

The wings were amazing, the service was fantastic, the atmosphere is awesome and the place was clean! I 'm a sauce girl and I didn 't have to beg for extra sauces...so, I was beyond happy with this experience. We will be back!

Food served cold cause the waitress took her dang time. Asked for mayo. Waited like 15 minutes and it Didn?t come. Had to get up and do to the bar myself to get it. Couldn?t even finish my food cause it was cold and dry. Restaurant was half empty. Yet service was super slow. Had to get up and get napkins for people at my table cause the waitress was nowhere to be found. She would just disappear. Every time we would see her we would ask for something and she?d only bring out half of the things we asked for. We even had to chase her down for refills? She forgot two orders of wings for two people at our table. Then she brought them in a to go box cause everyone else was almost done eating. Let me mention that they didn?t ask for their food in a to go box.. If you?re gonna be a waitress then do a good job. We still tipped 20% but in times like this the tip should be 0. Couldn?t wait to get out of this place.

My husband and I got burgers. He got All American Burger and I got the Avocado Bacon Burger..We both agree that they were very good but definitely greasy. Our kids got boneless wings and fries and loved theirs!
