Pioneer Family - Archdale

We were lucky it was from the city. I thought it was a very reasonable restaurant, the food was plentiful and tasty.

Friends brought me to the restaurant. Overall, it was a good meal. I ordered the steak from the menu and the salad bar. But you also have a good buffet. The service was good with friendly staff, clean restaurant and toilet. The price was for what I ordered. I really heard good comments from friends and while the meal was good, nothing turned out to come again.

My son took me here when visiting him and it did not disappoint. Most buffets are subpar at best and a little sketchy on cleanliness. However the food on the buffet at Pioneer is very good. Definitely fresh and has that home cooked flavor. The buffet is clean and well managed. It has a wide selection of meats, veggies, and sides so everyone will be satisfied. I definitely will go back on my next visit to the area.

I got a burger and fries. The burger was 7 oz and that was just the right size for me. Cooked just how I like it: medium well. The fries were hot and fresh. Service was fast and friendly. My meal and my sister?s meal together came to $20.77. Great place for lunch.

Always a family-loving type of environment. The food is good. The servers are awesome. If I had to do one change (which I understand it meals change daily most likely. I also understand the cost of food is higher than the past years) is the variety of meat dishes. That's it. Don't gotta be like Golden Corral or anything. Just a little more selection. That's it. Don't change ANYTHING else because the rest of it is AWESOME!!! God bless you all and y'all family.
