Bidra med feedbackVery mountain restaurant. the reception is pretty cold. the garbure is pretty good and dessert also but I won't go back there. its lack of charm the restaurant then we are not served in order as in other restaurant.
A small restaurant has the right franquette, without pretention with simple but quality food. Garbide is excellent (attention to bone pieces in the broth), idem sheep's odds, and idem trout. The bosses under her snorkeling look is nice and loves children. reservation indispensable.
Hotel normally "three stars" arrived at the hotel person at the reception, we waited 20 minutes before a person arrives, he gives us the keys of the room without accompanying us. we booked the day before for a room with a large bed, unfortunately the result was two separate beds. (I found a way to connect the beds and attach them by recovering in the corridor of the towels ) the bathroom had mold, the wc bezel was no longer holding. However, the shower was the only nectar, because it was hot. the room was exposed right in front of a parking lot, so in the morning I had the surprise to make the naturist. Just disappointed.

After a beautiful snowshoe walk in the pyrenees we were offered a degustation of garbide. So here we are in a small restaurant on the road. When we got in, we felt like we were at our grandma's. a true journey in time.Then came the gustative journey! a huge dish from which was emanating from allevious odors, tempting duck thighs and smoked potatoes. It was a treat. followed by a small cheese of sheep and honey from country then to finish a cake with apples.Fively the next snowshoe ride.
