Bidra med feedbackGreat ambience and decor for mountain restaurant, just what you want. We shared the 1kg beef which came on the hotplate and continued to cook. It looked great, most of it was nice but there was a lot of fat and sinnew which negated a better rating. Also quite expensive as was the wine.
Not what it used to be …. After revisiting after a 5 year break i was very dissapointed. Very poor service, limited menu with a waiter who was not interested in us. Not a good experience Food ok, but the newer restuatnts in Flaine woukd be a mich better option …. Arrogant , over priced and rude are my thoughts. Go elsewhere for a better experience Call me old fashioned but Its just the little things … beers not opened when brought to table , food didnt arrive in the correct order , the waiter didnt know what we had ordered but only wanted to hear us say ‘evevey thing was great’… which it wasnt
New Year’s Eve dinner was superb with an attentive team and excellent food at Le Michet that is set at the bottom of the slopes. A magical start to 2024!
Have been coming here for 25 years and love the ambiance. Sadly the food quality seems to have deteriorated and the menu is vastly reduced in choice. Was the best in Flaine for fine dining but no longer the case. I am unlikely to eat here again this winter.
At the base of the slopes yet a small walk from the forum the position here is wonderful for either a lunch while skiing or a evening dinner watching the sunset through the valley. There were 6 of us and this meal was a highlight. Wonderful cote dboeuf nice and blue, but the real highlight was the raclette! It was amazing absolutely huge, superb cheese and accompaniments. We are coming back to Flaine in January and will definitely eat here!
