Pirogue's Whiskey Bayou - Arabi

Local place in Arabi. Don't let the little place fool you. They have a good beer selection and friendly staff, but the secret is how good the food is. From tacos to wings to sandwiches, they were all good. The Cuban, good. The fried chicken sandwich, good. The street corn dip, good. The fries were so good. I felt bad leaving them, but I could not eat anymore.

Love the atmosphere of this place. It's my go-to local bar when I don't feel like going into the city.

A little bit of New Orleans good times in Old Arabi. Can't say enough good about this venue. We adore hanging out on Saturday nights watching the live band but the indoor bar is great too! Can't go wrong. Must visit! Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5
