Papa Johns Pizza - Arab

Justin the delivery driver was great but our dogs ate our whole pizza and wouldn’t give us another one on the house.

The pizza is ok but they never have delivery available when I call.

It wasn't as good, but it's palatable. The only thing that helps the pizza is the garlic butter sauce.

The pizzas were good, the service was great, manager Derrick was really nice, the atmosphere was neutral since you can't eat in.

Had a promo code for a free papadia. Ordered a large pizza and the papadia online...reviewed my order to confirm that the price for the pizza was correct and that I was not being charged for the papadia...all seemed good but when I arrived to pick up my food the young woman behind the counter said she only got the order for the pizza, not the papadia...I tried to show her the code from my email and she said it wouldn't do any good as the code had to be used online...so obviously I ordered online as required and had the code...I understand problems happen with technology but not the refusal to make good on the offer when I comply with the terms. I would say next time I'll screen shot before hitting confirm and pay but my policy as of late is to just not go back to places with poor customer service given how expensive eating out is so I got a refund for the pizza and took my money elsewhere. I wonder how many sales this place makes from people who just pay for their pizza anyway even though they didn't get the free item they were promised?
