Al-muhandes - Aqaba

This restaurant is spacious and bustling, with friendly and polite staff who provide fast service. The food is delicious and fresh, with customers able to see the cook preparing dishes at the entrance. The large crowds constantly buying food show that it is a popular and affordable place for locals. I highly recommend it!

Asked a local where to eat, they said here. Not disappointed and super cheap. Was only tourist as place was flooded with locals. cost and great atmosphere with exceptional hummus, falafel, etc. Highly recommended!

Hummus is ok and falafel is good, but probably not the place for a western family

We found ourselves at the second best local food spot in Aqaba. After a long day exploring Petra, this was the perfect treat. We ordered a variety of dishes and everything was delicious. The hummus may not have been the best, but it was still good. The atmosphere was beautiful, the people were friendly, and the prices were incredibly reasonable. Highly recommended!

There is a wide variety of local dishes available at this restaurant, and the prices are very affordable - you can have a complete meal for just a few Jordanian dinars. The falafel balls are particularly delicious.
