Taco Bell - Appleton

Waiting times were long, and the food wasn't as good as I was hoping. Please work on your working hours and make your food better. I order a dozen Cinnabon delights and they were ice cold in the middle. A taco was not even folded, so the beats went everywhere. And I waited 30 minutes for the most basic food. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you just want something in your stomach.

I was here at my break. Unfortunately, my order was grounded so that I called the restaurant and John kept me the food that they messed up and made for it by offering Doritos loco Tacos. This place is underoccupied, but you can tell the staff that there is a real effort to get your order quickly and correctly.

Actually, I'm just going here because it's fast and close. But I waited together with 7 others in the ride today at about 5:00. And a woman came out and was very rude to the person who ordered on the sign that we said? re closed, glows a cigarette and went away. She came back and repeated several times and began to bless the guest before me. I worked in fast food before and had to close early, for whatever reason the reason can be, but it is unacceptable to treat someone like that. Just because of her I'll be the mile and half to taco johns they have better food anyway

Just waited in line from 11:30 pm until 12:05am Lights were shut off and a rude employee casually walks out to say that they close at midnight and cannot produce any more food. When I got home I double checked their hours, and it says 1am!!! Totally irritated right now to put it mildly. Never going to Richmond Street Taco Bell again. Any respectable business would have served all remaining customers in line. (There were 3 cars behind me and one ahead of me)

This is the most consistently busy taco bell I've ever seen, and for good reason. Food is consistent and well made, staff is professional and efficient. Even if the drive though line is crazy long, they will still work through it and get to you in a timely manner
