Bidra med feedbackWas a fan of island sushi and have ordered in house and delivery numerous times, but will never again. Ordered 2 rolls on Mother’s Day to be delivered by DoorDash. Rolls were horrible! Falling apart, could not hold with chopsticks and didn’t even taste right. Reached out the restaurant directly and was promised a refund. But then the blame moved to DoorDash on the delay. Was then told to file claim with DoorDash to get refund sooner. Why should the dasher be punished for your quality of food. Do better Island Sushi! Follow thru with what you promised! Mistakes happen, it’s how you learn from the mistakes!
Ordered through DoorDash so I can’t really speak on the atmosphere. First time trying this place. Service was decent as my food was prepped fairly quick to get out the door. Sushi was just okay. A little disappointed as this place has a lot of raving reviews. Salmon didn’t have any flavor at all and rice was very hard on the sushi rolls. Just didn’t have much pizazz going on overall and nothing stood out to me. Not sure I would order again.
The food was good, no complaints there. The place was chaos with wrong orders, running around. They seemed to handle it well when things went wrong though, but a lot of things went wrong. Willing to go back and try again.
In desperate need of repairs. Mediocre sushi, at best. But the bug infestation they have is an absolute deal breaker. There are way cleaner/better sushi restaurants in Appleton and Green Bay to spend your money at.
A good time out with good food fun way to serve things up!
