Bidra med feedbackOur second time here at this point. The food wasn't the selenium here at the Apple Valley site. Kinda sucked in my opinion, it didn't taste fresh, or tasteful, was kind of like everything here. Service was in the register because we ordered our food to go. The ypung guy who took pure order became literally with the customer before us still took his time only to chat with the customer, knowing that there was a line behind, my party had above all of us in it. we all had to order our own food separately. I had to say literally separate so that they stop talking that the guy takes our order. Like your job, buddy. Galley's Fish Tacos has another location on Armagosa below street from shopping center, near Chuck E Cheeses. Is much better, they even have a small bar area (Victorville location). The service is always good, the food tastes just waaaaay better. This Victorville location would be my way if I wanted Galley Fish Tacos. Yeah.
Definitely a great find in the high desert area. Tacos were a bit more than what we were used to paying on the west coast but about a third less than back east so no complaints there, plus there was a big ol? piece of fish in these tacos which was refreshing. Ceviche was nothing to brag about, certainly better than what?s offered in Appalachia. The aguachile had a nice bite to it and plenty of large shrimp. Certainly check out this place if you?re in the area. It was evident that this place was a local favorite.
Fish and chips are delicious? the Cole Slav was terrible?. The inside of The Galley is ok seats are wood so not very comfortable for seniors. SALSA was good, but Spicy Hot? It cleaned my tongue. Otherwise, I would rate 5 stars.
The coconut yarn is delicious. The fish tacos are also really good, but I prefer the shrimp tacos. This place is not cheap, but you definitely get what you pay. Everything was super fresh and super delicious.
Great place! Food cooked on order and even allergies accommodated! If you go in first, it looks like a fast food place, and you pay at the counter. But they bring it to your table on ceramic plates with metal flatware and will even come to make sure everything is good.
